Finding the right pillow can sometimes be tricky. So, if you're not convinced by the one you've found on your bed, you can choose another one that better suits your needs.

BUTTERFLY

As its name suggests, this butterfly-shaped pillow adapts perfectly to the neck and head, providing maximum comfort.

QUADRANT

If you like sleeping on your back, this is the pillow for you. Feel how it envelops you with its soft and fluffy texture.

LATEX

Neither too soft nor too hard. This pillow offers the perfect balance between comfort and firmness.

Room towel change

You can help preserve the environment with a simple gesture: by reusing the towels in your room. When you want to change them, just leave them in the bath or shower tray.

Pool towels*

Have you forgotten to bring towels for the pool? We offer a pool towel service for a deposit of €10 (ask at reception). You can exchange them for a new one for a fee of €1 per towel.

• Bar service from opening until midnight (from 15 June to 15 September until 1 a.m.): all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on our menus, except for certain items (reserves, special beers, cocktails, etc.), which you can also enjoy for an additional charge.
• Tapas of the day from 12:00 to 15:00 at the bar or pool bar.
• Crisps (Lay's lightly salted and Pelotazos) and ice cream in tubs of various flavours, from when the bar or pool bar opens until closing time.
• Afternoon tea from 5pm to 7pm: choose your favourite treats from our buffet.
• If you wish to have lunch at the Beach Club (in hotels that have one), you will enjoy a 40% discount on the menu prices (except special offers).

We offer you our laundry services so that your garments also receive the best treatment when it comes to cleaning.

We advise you to use the safe (for a fee) available in all hotel rooms. The insurance covers up to €1,500 per theft. The hotel is not responsible for items and belongings that are not stored in the safe.

We provide our guests with a space equipped with exercise machines so that you can maintain your daily exercise routine and habits while on holiday.

Your pet is also welcome at our establishment.

• One (1) pet (dog or cat) is permitted, weighing no more than 25 kg.
• Upon arrival, we will request a supplement of €25 for cleaning costs, plus €12 for each night of your stay.

Out of respect for other guests enjoying the hotel, your pet is not permitted in the common areas and must remain in your room. Furthermore, your pet is expected to behave appropriately and not disturb the peace and quiet of others.
